Moyra Weston
People and organisational development has always been a key commitment in my work. Coaching has become a passion - allowing individuals to develop beyond their immediate goals. My coaching skills have influenced how consultancy, facilitation and training is delivered - with much more emphasis on the possible, and peoples ability to set really ambitious goals for themselves.
I gained 15 years management experience, with Senior Management roles at UK wide charities, prior to establishing Weston Coaching and Consultancy in 2005.
