Moyra Weston
Building confident is my main goal.
Individuals, teams, managers and leaders will florish when they are confident in themselves and can support the development of others.
My coaching skills have influenced how consultancy, facilitation and training is delivered. The emphasis is placed on what is possible, and the ability to set really ambitious goals for confidence in life and work.
I gained 15 years management and leadership experience, with Senior Management roles at UK wide charities, prior to establishing Weston Coaching and Consultancy in 2004.
